Hot 8 Yoga Sculpt is a Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class with free weights added for increased muscle endurance. This power-up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as a personal guide to deepening your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting.

    Welcome to Sculpt Teacher Training On Demand!
    We’re thrilled you’re taking this next step in your yoga journey! Please watch the orientation video to learn about the program including more about your teacher, Hot 8 Yoga, Sculpt and the expectations and structure of this training.

  • Yoga Sculpt Class

    We encourage you to start each day of learning with a Yoga Sculpt class! This allows you to feel the sequence in your body and hear the cues prior to jumping into lecture and posture breakdown.

  • Lecture 1: Timing Benchmarks

    Now that you’ve gone through the entire sequence, it’s important to know the timing of each section. You’ll likely need to reference this video several times throughout training to help with timing and transitions.

  • Lecture 2: Teaching Tools 1

    As you learn the postures, it’ll be important for you to be able to articulate to your students what you want them to do. In this video you will learn about cueing and the importance of encouragement and connection.
