Our flexible online yoga immersion program blends movement, lectures, group study and self-study—all from home.

After completion of the program, in 12 weeks or on your own schedule, you’ll receive a Hot 8 Yoga 200-hour certificate, recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

36 online sessions: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:00-9:00PM PT. Can’t make it to a session? Lectures are recorded and available to complete on your schedule.

Self-led reading, journaling, quizzes: 1-2 hours/week

On-demand yoga classes: 50 required, taken on your schedule.
